Good to know

Older buildings

In BC, buildings from before 1990 generally need a hazardous materials check, for things like asbestos, before they come down. Ask us if you're not sure about yours.

Permits

Many municipalities want a demolition permit for buildings, though usually not for decks or fences. Check with yours before we book it in.

Questions people ask

Do you take everything away?

Yes. What we tear out gets loaded up and hauled off, so you're not left with a pile.

Can you take out an old concrete patio or slab?

Yes. We break it out, load it up and leave the ground ready for whatever's next.
